Microsoft always surprises us by giving new features which really helps organization to automate the work similarly now we have a new feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to approve Purchase orders and Purchase Requisition using Mobile Application / Power Platform.

To use this app, make sure your Power Platform Admin center specific environment is enabled with the below feature, (Allow publishing of canvas apps with code components)

once above is done you need to enable this application into your Power apps by installing the app using your Power platform admin center as shown below for the respective environments.

select the environment you wanted to install

once the Installation is done , you can see the app in your Power apps portal now you can share it with the users having premium power apps licenses.
